Hotel Pension Oechsner

Our familial hotel is situated at one of the nicest spots around lake Thumsee (near Bad Reichenhall), a quiet and sun blessed location with a magnificent view.

Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg

The nearby thermal location Bad Reichenhall is just 4 km away and reachable in a few minutes by car or public transportation.

The City of Mozart Salzburg is reachable in just 20 min. by car, or in 30-35 using public transportation.

Comfort at our Hotel

Comfortable rooms with shower/WC, TV and partially with balcony will welcome your stay.

A rich breakfast buffet with house-made jams will ensure your well being.

Two nearby restaurants (ca. 10 mins walking) provide with a beautiful view and quality dishes for your refreshment.

Tasteful lounges, a comfortable bar and a large chill-out/sunbathing area are at the disposal of our guests.

We offer in-house a wide range of alternatives to actively arrange spare time for young and old.

The Rupetus Therme in Bad Reichenhall with its generous bath and sauna landscapes is reachable in a few minutes by car or bus.

Around the pension and in the close neighborhood there are further possibilities to enjoy your spare time:
Hill climbing, Hiking and Mountain Biking right in front of the house; Bathing, Fishing, Boat Trips at the Thumsee; Golfing and Rafting not far away, reachable by bus, free of charge.

Winter Sports

During winter you can go Snowbording, Skiing, Ski touring and Sledding.
These places can be reached by car or bus within 30minutes.

Rates

Prices per night in comfort room:

Prices per room and night, including breakfast buffet, service, visitor tax (3,50 € /person) and VAT.
All rooms with shower, WC and TV, some also with balcony.

At arrival the room is available from 13:00. 
For arrivals after 18:00 please call.
Breakfast is available from 7:30 until 10:00.
At departure the room must be vacated until 11:00.

You can pay in cash or with card.

Additional Fees:

  • short stay up to 2 nights: 2 € per person and night
  • Double Room with balcony as Single Room: 61,50 € per night
  • Pet: 4€
